Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, AisleMesh One and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, documentation previews, or inquiry forms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total cumulative liability for any claim related to this site shall not exceed the amount you paid to access paid digital materials in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if no such payments occurred. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
