Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Custom statements of work that have commenced with your written approval, downloadable deliverables already supplied, or third-party pass-through costs (carrier fees, hardware already shipped) are generally non-refundable.
If Korean consumer law provides mandatory refund rights for certain distance contracts, those rights apply notwithstanding this section.
Process
Refund requests must be emailed to contact@spark-stream.one with invoice references, dates of purchase, and a concise description of the issue.
We may request additional documentation to prevent fraudulent claims.
Scope
This policy covers prepaid advisory retainers and packaged services purchased directly from AisleMesh One as described on invoices.
It does not govern marketplace purchases or hardware sold by third-party resellers.
Timeframe
Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you may cancel within fourteen days from contract conclusion provided services have not been fully performed with your express request to begin early performance.
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days using the original payment method where technically feasible.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on contract type, work completed, and governing consumer rules. Pilot engagements may carry partial refund caps disclosed in the order form.
Informational pricing shown on the website is not a binding checkout; executed agreements define what was purchased.
